Static reinforcement and vibration reduction of structures using topology optimization

چکیده
This paper presents a topology optimization formulation based on the Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization (SIMP) method and solved by Modified Optimality Criteria (MOC) algorithm. It addresses mechanical design problems such as structural reinforcement adding elastic material or vibration reduction using viscoelastic layers. The aim is thus to attach pre-existing given structure domain in order improve behavior of this structure, according an objective function. can be useful when one wants use, for example, additive manufacturing reinforce maximize damping. Two functions are tested both linear statics dynamics: compliance function displacement one. In dynamic case, written frequency domain, two proposed include model (a Zener fractional derivative one) used fill domain. criteria developed general formula able take into account many degree freedom necessary.
